- TBTanya BitterDec 28, 20251.0I went in to get my oil changed, they asked how I was paying for it, I said cash, then they started changing it with out scanning my vin number, I thought they did it every time they change your oil. A little bit later I was done, so I left. A few days later my oil light came on said I needed oil. I new that wasn't right, a few days later it came on again so I stopped by Eich Brothers for them to check my oil and they said I was 3 or 4 quarts low. So I told them I just had it changed. So they called them and they looked at the video and said they found it and told Eich Brothers he didn't put enough oil in it and he was fired. Now I'm having all kinds of trouble with my engine and now they say I was never there except in February. I can't afford a new engine for my truck and I'll probably loose my job because this is the only truck I have and I won't be able to get to work. I will never go there again and I hope my family and friends don't either.

Casey was extremely rude, talking over him and did not give my husband more than 2 seconds to talk before he began rudely speaking again. I don’t recommend this shop. The last time I went to this location, they didn’t check my lights, top off any of my fluids like they’re supposed to, and the service guy flirted with me the entire time being extremely unprofessional. I went to the one in Newburgh and had a more positive experience. 41 Valvoline has poor customer service and the manager doesn’t actually do anything but blame the concerned customer for his shop’s mistakes.
- JBJessie BitterDec 27, 20251.0DO NOT GO HERE!! My mom brought her truck in here in for an oil change. The technician didn’t put oil in and now she needs an engine. The shop manager is rude as can be and won’t listen to a word you have to say. He confirmed when this happened that he saw my moms truck on camera and saw that the truck didn’t get any oil put in it but now he’s changed his story once we found it needs an engine. This has happened to multiple other people we know. They now say they have no record of it being there on June. Turns out my mom paid cash and the technician never even opened her door to scan her in. Casey (manager) didn’t want to hear it, called me a liar, and said it never happened. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
