  Abbey was fantastic quick smooth service with no issues. Very accommodating on snowy weather conditions to make sure I felt safe with a four wheel drive vehicle as I am from Florida not very used to driving on ice.

  Service horrible. Cars and selection of cars are horrible. Ants in the car and foul odor, dirty and not sanitized. Smells like cat piss or something. Asst. Mgr horrible. He needs work as well as the service and quality of the vehicles! Totally disappointing and Totally unacceptable!

  Our first experience with National was flawless. The EVV airport has an easy check in and drop off location & procedure. It took less than 5 min each time. Abby was so accommodating and made sure we knew everything that we should & how to contact someone should we have troubles. We did not have any troubles & absolutely loved our Mitsubishi outlander. Gas mileage was very good & the kids had space in the back for all their goodies on vacation. National provided our family with a no stress vacation and it was one we will never forget!! Thank you Abby & the EVV team for having the vehicle ready, sparkling clean ,& easy to access!!
