  Extremely thrilled with the service we received. They listened to our concerns, fixed the problems, and were courteous. They duct try to over sell. We will 100% be back.

  I went to this shop because my check engine light came on. I get there to have a check engine light diagnostic test done cost $180. Fine. Then the Brandon guy comes to the waiting area 3 hours later and says they have to charge me an additional check engine fee because they have to go behind the gas tank. I said I already paid you $180 to find out why the light is on. So I said okay knowing that they were overcharging me because I'm a 63 year old woman. Then they damaged my exhaust system when taking the gas tank out. So they put a faulty exhaust part on it. Unbeknownst to me. It cost me $468. The next day the check engine light was on again. I called the Indiana Attorney General for consumer affairs and filed a complaint for over charging me for the check engine diagnostic test. And to day I received a check for $180 from Goodyear. I definitely recommend not to go to the Westside Raben Tires. They are a rip off.
