- VCVenessa CollinsOct 29, 20251.0I went to this shop because my check engine light came on. I get there to have a check engine light diagnostic test done cost $180. Fine. Then the Brandon guy comes to the waiting area 3 hours later and says they have to charge me an additional check engine fee because they have to go behind the gas tank. I said I already paid you $180 to find out why the light is on. So I said okay knowing that they were overcharging me because I'm a 63 year old woman. Then they damaged my exhaust system when taking the gas tank out. So they put a faulty exhaust part on it. Unbeknownst to me. It cost me $468. The next day the check engine light was on again. I called the Indiana Attorney General for consumer affairs and filed a complaint for over charging me for the check engine diagnostic test. And to day I received a check for $180 from Goodyear. I definitely recommend not to go to the Westside Raben Tires. They are a rip off.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. My tires were low on air when I checked my car in. After my car was returned back to me from its service, I went back into the store and questioned if my tires were rotated. My tires were still low on air and the PSI readings for each tire were identical to the drop off PSI and had not been refilled to the recommended 35 PSI. In addition, my drivers side front tire has a bad sensor and will not read the PSI on my dash board. My car was returned with the same tire (that was supposedly roated) with the missing sensor in the same spot, Drivers side front. The only explanation I received from the store is “I don’t know why it still shows your tires in the same order,” After leaving with low tire pressure and no explanation, I question if other services were missed or over looked and passed off as “completed.”
