It is not fair to the renter to have to pay more all because they close early. I had rented 5x’s within 6 months and will never use them again. Later this morning I was contacted by the area manager. She credited one of the days, but, I still will not rent again from them especially at the Fulton Ave store.

She also made it seem like we couldn’t afford to rent the car, which was already paid for. Once we got in the rental and left, we found trash and what looked like ashes in the van. The young lady came off as racist and I feel like she judged us based on our skin color. I usually have a very good experience with this location, but yesterday was very unpleasant.

The staff at this enterprise location on Fulton Avenue, is one of the politest and most professional groups I've ever encountered. There are many options to rent a vehicle, but none of them will work with me, like the people at this place.
