  Very nice people helped us with what we needed the man thst took me there was a very safe driver and a very nice guy the people there know their jobs I highly recommend to go there the one on hwy 41 thank you again

  Very bad experience trusting Enterprise. After returning the truck two months ago, I received a damage bill, even though the truck already had repairs and now they want me to pay. I will never use Enterprise again and I wouldn't recommend them.

  Oliviya was very helpful and professional. She was patient as she tried to get the code from the out of state dealership for the discount for my car rental for the warranty for my car. After 3 hours we were finally successful, and I was able to rent a car that was covered by the warranty.

  This review is specifically for the Enterprise on 6331 Flightline Dr in Evansville. While the employees here are polite, they will rush you through the process, especially regarding their rental contract, and will not take the time to explain to you which parts are and are not covered by insurance and will not give you the time you need to read the contract so that you understand you are being charged extra fees. When you call to try to get your questions answered, they act like you're stupid and should have known better (to quote one smug employee: "Why did you think we took your card information?" I don't know, maybe for collateral if I ended up having to rent over the days my insurance allowed?). They handled it very similarly when I called to ask about why my rental kept saying it needed servicing, acting like I should know better since the mileage on the car was less than the servicing mileage indicated on the sticker (I mean, they handed me a remote that clearly had been chewed on by a puppy and was difficult to unlock the car with, so I figured they wouldn't pay attention to when the rental needed serviced). I was charged for the "optional" services for the extra days my insurance company allowed me to rent the car, which was not discussed with enterprise and I did not agree to, but they did not notify me would continue through the rest of the time I had the rental. Then they handed me someone else's receipt at checkout. When I'd called about the charges on my card, after I got the snarky response about my card information from the employee, they said they would have someone call me back. In spite of that, as well as the follow-up email I sent, they have not tried to contact me again. Again, while they are polite (almost saccharine), they do not make sure to take the time to walk you through everything and are very smug or sound inconvenienced when you talk to them on the phone. I felt very rushed and duped. Ensure that you slow THEM down so you can read over everything and double check what is covered on insurance as well as the TOTAL charge, including the time and distance portion of the rental agreement. I regret going to this branch.

  Always use Enterprise for our personal and company rentals. They are always courteous and get us what we need when we need it
