  Would’ve left zero star if I could. My husband paid cash, but the receipt showed a random card number and the refund was sent there. When I went back, the store manager kept repeating “nothing I can do.” At one point he even said, “I think I have an idea who it was,” but only admitted it was a teenage employee after I pressed him, then brushed it off by calling him “bottom of the barrel.” He told me to just take the district manager’s number off the door and call myself since the DM “won’t answer on a Sunday” and “he’s off tomorrow.” He also claimed the store doesn’t have any cameras. If customers have to chase down the district manager, what’s the point of having a store manager? This feels like fraud and he’s trying to cover up! CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS CAREFULLY OR DON’T EXPECT THEM TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITIES WHEN THINGS GO WRONG!

  I’ve never left reviews anywhere but the experience I had at this store was so disappointing. I went in for two things. I said what I needed and who I’m assuming is the manager told his employee to just sell me the parts I needed but expect to see me come back to return them in a few days. 🙄 I let it slide cause wtv. I was asked for my car info and I gave it. Only to be looked at with a grin and asked what model it was as if I’d have no clue what they were talking about. At that point I was done. I left it at that and walked out. Guess if you’re a woman you’re automatically wrong about what your car needs. The one on south green river was more helpful. Staff there were there to work and actually help. Don’t know whoever these guys were but they need to get a grip and do their jobs instead of belittling their clientele.
