I went for a thermostat and filter for my car, after paying I was looking at my reciept and realized he had charged me for 2 thermostats and 2 gaskets I had 1 thermostat and no gaskets. When I went back and asked about it he refunded me partial cost he said because they charge a restocking fee. I'm sorry what?!! What did you restock sir I never received the product you didn't when have the gaskets in store. After talking to the Manager her said sorry this is policy. 2 weeks ago I went in there for brake pads. My boyfriend who is a mechanic for a living was changing them. The young kid tried to force me to buy brake clean when I refused he said "well your boyfriend is an idiot for telling you not to buy this."
