    Booked a rental mini van online for spring break. Was called 1 week prior to our pick-up that was scheduled and was told they would have not have one available for us and the best they could offer was a vehicle with 5 seats. We booked a 7 seat vehicle because we need 7 seats. Did not offer any other replacement or help. Should not be able to book if inventory is not available. Poor customer service.

    My agent, Jace, was incredibly helpful with my many questions and inquiries. Even when we got to the office, everyone was so friendly and supportive, including the managers (you have a remarkable team). Everyone did their best to make us feel at home while working to get us a great deal. Truly remarkable experience

    I recently rented a truck with the Elkhart Nappanee St location. There was a small issue with the truck on my trip and my sales rep and the manager were very professional and went above and beyond to make it right! Very impressed, will be my go to location going forward!
