  I would like to start off by saying whenever my husband and I travel we pretty much solely use Enterprise when we can. They have always been good to work with and after my car was in an accident I got a rental from Enterprise, a Mazda CX-5. I had told the person I talked to that I didn’t need anything in particular as I would just be driving it locally and back-and-forth to work until my car was fixed. I would definitely not recommend renting a Mazda however as the suspension was extremely stiff and the heating was very inconsistent, this was not Enterprises fault and it got me from point A to point B. The staff throughout the experience were all very friendly, however when we started talking about additional insurance, gas charges etc… I was given a price, which I agreed to. At the end of needing the car, and before I took it back, they texted me the final bill that was almost twice what I was quoted originally. Evidently they had only quoted me for a few days on the extra charges even though I was approved by my insurance for a week or so and when the repairs to my car took longer they tacked on the extra charges without asking me, needless to say I was not happy, so when I talked to one of the staff regarding the charges and that they could have been more transparent with the charges they ended up removing some of the charges and apologized. This, in my opinion, is a business that put the customer first, stood behind the fact that they were aware that they were not transparent with the prices but they were still willing to take the extra charges off and apologized. They will continue to get my business in the future and I will encourage family and friends when they need a rental to go to Enterprise.
