  DO NOT GO TO CW DIRECT IN ELKHART! We bought a camper from Camping World and our experience has been terrible from start to finish. The overall handling of the sale was not honest or professional, and we left with serious doubts about their integrity. Unfortunately, things only got worse when we brought the camper back in for warranty work. The work was poorly handled and they left water in the unit, which caused our filter to freeze. When we hook it up to water in the spring we’ll see what else got damaged. Something that should have been routine turned into damage and more frustration for us — and there was no sense of accountability on their part. For the amount of money spent on a camper, we expected far better treatment and basic professionalism. Based on our experience with both the sales and service departments, we would not recommend Camping World. We will drive the camper off a cliff rather than ever returning to CW Direct. I’m sorry for even giving them a 1 star review as it should be a big red flag not any stars.

  We had a positive experience buying our camper here. There were some glitches, but all in all we were satisfied with the deal we made. I think the sales staff (Louren) and the service staff (Jesse）worked very hard to prepare our purchase for us.

  Communication is terrible. We were over charged on our sales tax by right at $600.00. Now they have given me a huge run around trying to get our refund. It has been almost 1 month waiting on the refund. Return our money!

  Purchased a new Furrion to replace my dometic ac unit. Worked with Mathias, got home to have a certified installer do the swap, found the ac unit to be broken in the shroud and base, nothing in stock to remedy so went through with install. Continued contract without avail, kept being told the parts were on order. Months later I’m told by the new parts manager that I’m out of the purchase period, good luck. I have all the emails and saved the voice mails but clearly corporate policy comes before and compassion for their customers. I’ll choose to deal with someone with integrity.

  This is a terrible place to purchase an RV. They basically stole our money. Here are the facts: Purchased the environmental protection package for $1,500. When we picked up the camper the camper was still dirty behind the propane tanks. The person (BJ) going over the RV with us cleaned it up. I don't think they did anything. The fridge was moldy. Again BJ cleaned it up. Found a dog terd on the floor. Again BJ cleaned it up. The RV (Brinkley 295) had several issues as well that cost us an additional $3,500. All they would tell us "too bad. You should have purchased the extended warranty ". Very rude people to deal with. Our salesman was Alan Reveria. Will not work with them again and will be reporting them to the BBB
