  Purchased a new Furrion to replace my dometic ac unit. Worked with Mathias, got home to have a certified installer do the swap, found the ac unit to be broken in the shroud and base, nothing in stock to remedy so went through with install. Continued contract without avail, kept being told the parts were on order. Months later I’m told by the new parts manager that I’m out of the purchase period, good luck. I have all the emails and saved the voice mails but clearly corporate policy comes before and compassion for their customers. I’ll choose to deal with someone with integrity.

  I purchased a used rv several months ago. They never gave me the keys. They mailed me a set of keys that did not go to my rv. I had to take the door lock off and send them the code several times. Then they sent me keys that worked for the outside locks on panels but not the actual door and two door cylinders with no keys. I have called several times over the last few months just for the them to tell me they will have someone call. Weeks go by and nobody ever does. I must have dealt with 12 different people over the last few months and still no keys to the entry door. This is supposed to be the manufacturer and they can’t even get the simplest issue fixed!

  This is a terrible place to purchase an RV. They basically stole our money. Here are the facts: Purchased the environmental protection package for $1,500. When we picked up the camper the camper was still dirty behind the propane tanks. The person (BJ) going over the RV with us cleaned it up. I don't think they did anything. The fridge was moldy. Again BJ cleaned it up. Found a dog terd on the floor. Again BJ cleaned it up. The RV (Brinkley 295) had several issues as well that cost us an additional $3,500. All they would tell us "too bad. You should have purchased the extended warranty ". Very rude people to deal with. Our salesman was Alan Reveria. Will not work with them again and will be reporting them to the BBB

  Bought a brand new RV in September of 2025 from CW direct in Elkhart, Indiana. Once we put down the deposit to hold the RV we have had nothing but problems. Did not contact us about financing rates and how much our payments would be or how long the term would be. Took over a week just to get the paper plate, which they claimed that the BMV printer was down and come to find out it was because they had already printed their alloted of plates for the month so we had to wait until October 1st to receive it, resulting in our camper being red tagged by the police for being abandon. The distrubution hitch, which we paid for through CW, was installed incorrectly, resulting into having the frame powder coated because it was damaged. Wasn't explained how to use the backup camera, which took us over two hours on how to use it. Was told we would have a spare tire included and was installed under the camper, which was not, was told that by the salesmen. When the distrubution hitch was installed, the brackets were on backwards, we were also not shown how to use it and the ball to the hitch was also not installed at the correct height. Screws to the camper doors were stripped and not in correct location and warranty won't replace them. I would never recommend to buy from this location ever! This has been the biggest nightmare since the start.

  I had one of the best experiences here. I am an introvert and am normally nervous going into new places for financial stuff or other major adult stuff. But let me tell you that Louren Bates made this experience so nice and friendly. I really want to appreciate how kind this man was. He was immediately down to earth and patient with me and my fiance. In my experiences in life it's hard to find genuinely nice people in customer service. This man is that and more. The rv he found us was exactly what we wanted like I am so happy right now. I appreciate that from start to finish he was so excited to help us. I can't wait to have another awesome experience with him. If you are worried about grouchy people please ask for Louren Bates he is super kind and patient can't go wrong.
