  I was out looking at Campers, and when I came inside and spoke to Tracy the sales manager about one that I wanted, she had told me that this store isn't one she'd buy from? She told me that the GM isn't competent and that Crystal is the only good salesperson? Overall she didn't even provide a quote for me, I'm not coming back

  What a JOKE!! Sales people are NOT allowed to help unless you leave your first born at front desk!! Qualified, ready buyer and left to wonder lot with ZERO help!! Would not buy a tent there!! CW the results are equal to effort! If they have a sales manager they need to evaluate his interest in helping people!!! Just got sleepy reading all the 1 star reviews!! Worst thing is they refused to learn a damn thing!!! Except “ sorry for your experience “ after the people leave!!! PATHETIC!!! Also read online about the lawsuits against them, the $2500 they try to charge IT IS NOT REQUIRED!! It is a RIP OFF read about all this and the sales tactics online!!!!! AVOID!! AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!!!

  ​I am beyond frustrated with the service my family has received. They purchased a newer unit that was supposedly "inspected" and "ready to go," yet multiple critical systems—including the water heater, furnace, and self-leveling system—were completely non-functional upon delivery. Despite paying a mandatory inspection fee, it is clear no real check was performed. ​The unprofessionalism only worsened when they sought corrections. Not only did the service department fail to provide any actual solutions, but they also charged an exorbitant amount for essentially doing nothing. ​To make matters worse, there is a complete lack of financial transparency. A $2,500 down payment required at the start of the process vanished during closing; it wasn't applied to the total cost, and staff provided no clear explanation of where those funds went. This has been a predatory and exhausting experience. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their RV needs

  Worst business we have ever dealt with. Bought a 2026 keystone coleman. We had an air conditioning unit added. They told us it was ready to be picked up and when we got there it had not even been installed. They ordered the wrong one. Spent 5 hours there only to be told they would have to deliver it. It was the last day of September and they pushed us to finalize paperwork so that they could just deliver it when the work was done. We're pretty sure they were just pushing it to get their sales goals reached for the month. Finally after 3 different air conditioning units they delivered it. Got the camper and found so many problems with it that we had to take it back. They kept it for 5 months and still never fixed all of the issues with it. The roof was bubbling the whole way across from side to side and around the new unit. They claim that's normal. We shall see!! We had so many other small issues that they were supposed to fix. After the 5 months they tell us it's ready. We drive there only to find out that they didn't have everything done they said they would do. They take your money and that's it! That's all they care about. We drove it an hour and a half down the road and when we opened the door 2 drawers were hanging out which they claimed they fixed and the entire trim board that goes across the slide out was on the floor. We had keystone send us the piece to fix ourselves. Supposedly a decal that was damaged by an employee was ordered but we have yet to see that! They claim they want to make the customer happy but trust me we are very unhappy and will never do business again with CW direct or any camping world. I do not recommend them period!!! We reached out to keystone coleman through all of this! Not much help there either after they told us their goal was to make sure the customer is happy! Poor management. We were told our calls would be returned and the manager Russel never bothered to call us back! Excuses after excuses. DONE with them!!!

  Completely wasted our time. The salesman was amazing. He did his homewo re k and worjed hard to find us the perfect unit. The finance kid however ignoredrequested proog of invome. Lied to me about recieving the emails. I discovered there was a typo later on. He ignored my calls then didnt return my call as I waited for a response. I called the next day yet again and he yold me we were denied and it wasnt about the amount of money but they simply refused to work with us based on credit. They even refused to work with us when we were paying half of the unit price down. I asked how he got a response before he even recieved our proof of income and he said thet based it off of what was written on our applicarion. Nothing made sense and it sounded like they knew the answer from the get go. They pulled a hard check on both our credit even though they knew our scpre from the beginning. They conpletely wasted our time. They were unprofessional. I will not shop at another camping world. If you dont have 750 or higher credit score, no matter how much money you make or can put down, dont waste your time or credit attempting to finance anything through Camping World.
