  I've been going to Belle tires for years. 20 years to be exact. I started going to Belle tire in my late teens in Michigan. When I moved to Indiana I was happy to see they started companies here also. Let me just say Belle tire customer service is now trash. This location took 4 hours too do a alignment and balance the tires. The problem that I noticed was that the workers we're standing around talking in an empty Bays. I literally had to go to the manager and tell him that I got places to go and your workers are standing around. Not only that I had a different location in Fort Wayne. Some technicians broke my lug bolts trying to take them off. Then call me and told me to buy some more for $200. I'm not happy with this company.

  This is my first time having a bad experience with Belle Tire. I went in to get new tires and clearly told the staff I wanted the $600 Goodyear set. They agreed and started the work. After about an hour and a half, I checked my car and realized they installed Milestar tires instead with 2024 manufacturing date. When I went back inside and questioned it, I was told they were “made by Goodyear,” which isn’t true. I asked them to remove the tires and install the Goodyear ones I originally paid for. At that point, the staff became upset, and told me to comeback tomorrow as he needs to order the tires. My point is why would you lie to the customer?? Milestar made of good year??? that is china bro If you’re in Elkhart, be cautious when getting your tires changed. Always double-check what’s installed and make sure you’re getting exactly what you paid for.

  Nicholas did an awesome job at making sure I walked out a happy driver with a safe vehicle. After getting some bad news about my tires last week during a routine brake job, Nicholas made sure to take care of me and was exceptionally generous about getting me what I needed as quickly as possible. He didn't need to be as generous as he was on the price either, but he helped me out a lot and I'm extremely grateful for that. 10/10 customer service and overall experience. Thanks for taking care of me Nicholas and Belle Tire. Would recommend them to anyone.

  Yesterday around 4pm, I walked out to my car after working a long shift at the hospital to find my tire was flat. I called Belle Tire and they said they could patch it if I got there ASAP but they close at 6 and they’re pretty busy. As luck would have it, taking off my tire and putting on the spare was not as easy of a task as expected and it took almost an hour to accomplish. I rushed to Belle Tire (as fast as a donut could allow) and walked in at 5:40. There were multiple cars in the bays and several customers were waiting. I approached a man I later found out to be Nick Huff, and asked if there was any way he could squeeze me in. At first, he said they couldn’t do it, they didn’t have time. He asked if I could leave the tire and he would patch it in the morning and I could come pick it up. I understood. But I mentioned that I live 45 minutes away, and it would take much longer on a donut. I said I needed to make a call before agreeing to leave it. But he stopped me and said, “Wait. Let’s just get it. I’ll do it.” He followed me to my car and got the tire. He took out the screw, patched it, aired it up and put it back on my car before re-mounting the spare underneath for me. When I tell you, I almost cried. Twenty minutes later, I was walking out the door to start my 45 min drive back home. No charge. All this to say- Nick Huff from Elkhart Belle Tire, just know that you made a difference yesterday. Thank you for helping me get home safely to my family.

  I was promptly and respectfully greeted as soon as I enter the facility The waiting area was clean and there were snacks and drinks for the waiting customers I've been to Belle tire multiple times to have work done for my car other than tires and will definitely continue to come back
