I'd been in line in my vehicle quite a while when the stall next to me became available and instead of taking me, the worker waved the guy BEHIND me over. I chalked that one up and said maybe the car ahead of me is leaving soon. Once again the stall next to me became vacant and the worker wave a lady just pulling in to the parking lot over. She and I both told him I was next ( at least she was courteous) he still waved her in. Needless to say, I left. I'd heard good things about this location which is why I went but sadly, I'll never know.

My mom had her oil changed here on January 24th. It started making an odd noise yesterday, so she took it to the mechanic who documented evidence that they did not fit her oil filter correctly. She needs a new motor. She took the pictures and information from the mechanic and spoke with manager who offered her a free oil change. Please see the pictures.
