Got to the install shop and I was charged $375 which is the shops base rate. I called Intoxalock and no one can tell me why I was quoted $300 and charged $375. I asked about the “free install” I was supposed to receive and was told that it was a $100 rebate towards the install there’s no such thing as a free install although the coupon they sent me clearly stated “free installation.” Had the device a few days now and have had nothing but problems. Money money money more fees more taxes more more more. Not very satisfied with the company thus far.
