While my kids and I were looking for something to snack on for the night, all I could hear was a lady that works at the front being very loud about things she shouldn't had been loud about. While standing in line waiting to check out I heard the same woman get a rude and nasty attitude with not one customer, not two, but three customers.I hoped she had a name tag on because if not I would have been determined to find out who she was. The way she acted and treated us customers I was embarrassed for her. Me and my two kids being the third customer she was rude with. It's a wonder she works customer service. When I got home and told my husband about this lady he told me every time he comes into the Pilot if he sees that she is working he will walk right back out and go across the street to Speedway. As he had also had a bad experience with her. We like coming here fueling up and buying their bbq rib sandwiches for our kids. Carrie Carrin; How dare you act in such a manner in front of my kids and to your customers. You should be ashamed of yourself. I would like to talk to the manager in charge at this store please. I called yesterday (Saturday) but was sadly told the manager was off. I will be calling corporate come Monday morning. I will not come back to this place as long as that woman is working there. At the Pilot in Daleville, Indiana. We never had an issue here until this woman!!!!! Disgusting people skills and work ethic.
- JRJeff ReidDec 4, 20255.0I have been here at the Pilot in Daleville, Indiana for two days staying in my truck awaiting my next job. Josh is really nice and helpful. Easy to talk to. Catrina I seen her on the golf cart a few times working her behind off in this freezing cold weather. I made the attempt to speak with miss Catrina after she asked me if I would mind that she cleaned the pump I was using. (PUMP 27) I thanked her for her hard work and recognizable dedication. Looked like hard work especially in 20 degree weather. She said, "It's my pleasure and my job.I should be thanking you because without you truckers and your loyalty to Pilot I wouldn't be doing what I'm doing now. She was very sweet and well spoken. To whomever manages this place, you have a very professional, and polite crew. I left this evening, but before I did I wanted to say goodbye to miss Catrina, I knew she was working cause I been inside a few times today. I was looking forward to speaking with Josh again as well. What a stand up guy. Josh, until we meet again bud. Both of them very nice, very professional and made my visit here at Pilot one of the best to date. The showers were clean. Not enough food choices but that's ok. The place was clean even the men's restroom was spotless. Last time I came to this pilot which was maybe 9 months ago, I had the worst experience. I asked Josh and Catrina what has changed and they both said new management. Awesome job new management. Best experience ever coming to this Pilot.

I BELIVE THESE TRUCK STOPS SHOULD FIND GOOD EMPLOYEES THAT ARE WILLING TO DO THE JOB RIGHT AND PAY THEM THE MOST OUT OF THE WHOLE TEAM. THEY SHOULD BE COMPENSATED PROPERLY FOR THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CLEANING THESE SHOWERS PROPERLY
