  Bad experience, waited 45 minutes for shower as a 1st person in line, they just don’t want to get there showers used, told me all showers are busy but when I checked there was 2 showers with nothing open doors

  Corporate really needs to visit this location! It’s only good for parking and fuel. No hot food, soda was flat, showers were small and disgusting. Girl “cleaning” shower needs iPods, she was blaring music thru a speaker that wasn’t tasteful. Washer and dryers need fixed and updated. A lot of repairs need done. You can walk to other establishments to get actual food but when it’s 19’ outside we didn’t. Worst Pilot I’ve been to.

  Carie was a great host, this is a fantastic facility… PLENTY OF PARKING TRUCK DRIVERS AND HOT SHOWERS!!!

  If I could give zero stars I would! Friday around 7 pm I came here and had my two youngest with me. While my kids and I were looking for something to snack on for the night, all I could hear was a lady that works at the front being very loud about things she shouldn't had been loud about. While standing in line waiting to check out I heard the same woman get a rude and nasty attitude with not one customer, not two, but three customers.I hoped she had a name tag on because if not I would have been determined to find out who she was. The way she acted and treated us customers I was embarrassed for her. Me and my two kids being the third customer she was rude with. It's a wonder she works customer service. When I got home and told my husband about this lady he told me every time he comes into the Pilot if he sees that she is working he will walk right back out and go across the street to Speedway. As he had also had a bad experience with her. We like coming here fueling up and buying their bbq rib sandwiches for our kids. Carrie Carrin; How dare you act in such a manner in front of my kids and to your customers. You should be ashamed of yourself. I would like to talk to the manager in charge at this store please. I called yesterday (Saturday) but was sadly told the manager was off. I will be calling corporate come Monday morning. I will not come back to this place as long as that woman is working there. At the Pilot in Daleville, Indiana. We never had an issue here until this woman!!!!! Disgusting people skills and work ethic.
