  Julian and the crew took great care of me! Was quick to provide a quick/accurate quotation and kept me up to date on status of the work. Tires are ready to go on the car when the weather breaks.

  Levin Tire Service Tire is highly recommended, they immediately were very accommodating and very professional. The manager John was amazing and they made sure to complete my services in a timely manner, as well as being affordable. John when above and beyond to be helpful and making sure to check on me as a customer. I would come back without hesitation having a great experience from this company.

  These guys were great! Had a nail in my tire and they took me right in, fixed my tire and had me on my way in short order! Friendly people and great service!!

  I had never been to Levin Tire in Winfield before and had begun to have issues with my headlights. I called and spoke with John, who was amazingly upbeat and positive, and helped get me taken care of right away. The staff I encountered all smiled and greeted me on sight and made me feel most welcome. The mechanics in the back all had smiles and were running like a well oiled machine. It was impressive how fast they handled the many cars and customers that came through while I was waiting for my car to be ready. I know where I will be going for all my car maintenance and service from now on. Thank you to Levin Tire and John for providing such an exceptional experience while I was dealing with my annoying car situation. I will be back! Do yourself a favor and check them out if you need any kind of automotive service.... Highly recommend. Thanks again Levin!

  Edit to the reply: An inspection was not done. I received four new tires that held air for several days at most. And in the end I had to pay for valve stems to be replaced. A phone was only sent to me during the day time while I was working after this review posted. The correct thing to do would be to not charge for something that was missed on your end. But I’m done with it. I gave you guys a chance, and will not be back. About a year ago I walked in here asking for 4 new tires and to please check that they’re not leaking on the rims and valve stems because they had a slow leak even though I didn’t see any punctures. After receiving new tires that still leaked I was asked to bring it in again. I didn’t have time to get it in there and eventually had a blowout and brought that tire in to have a warranty replacement. I asked again about the leaky tire. I was told once again “well take care of it”. I received the tire and noticed it has the same old valve stem. I asked if they checked it and he told me if I have issues I could bring it in. I told them that I was positive it was leaking and they checked it for me and it was. So I had them replace the tpms with a normal valve stem (which I was charged for) So now I had 3 tires leaking. I finally brought it in to have the other 3 valve stems replaced. While in there I was told once again the phone there was a nail in a tire and they’d replace it. I picked it up, paid another $100+, for home and realize this is the same old tire on it. So once again I was charged to keep air in the tires with non leaking valve stems. This has been the most expensive set of tires I’ve ever purchased after having to pay for valve stems. Literally all I wanted was tires that held air. Thought I was supporting a local business but after this experience I’ll continue getting my tires at Costco.
