- CCcody caschettaDec 11, 20251.0I bought a new truck and it had to get worked on there due to an accident. It was worked on by a man named Mark. When I retrieved my vehicle, I found that they took both my front wheel locks off and replaced the one lug nut on the left side (paid by insurance) and blatently left my right side with 5/6 lugnuts being lazy and not replacing it claiming "we were paid to replace brakes not lugnuts" even though they couldve called and asked if they could put another one on or put back on the unbroken wheel lock that was on either tire. I had one tire with five lug nuts instead of six. when I went for my inspection around it They took off my tire cap and replaced it with a plastic black one instead of the metal factory one that was already on it and threw my old tire cap in the cupholder unbroken and I had to put it back on myself. I called to ask why they did these things. I get defensiveness and aggressiveness customer blaming over the phone. You would think it would be a liability and saftey issue to put five lug nuts, back onto a six lug nut tire. I was also charged over $100 for brakes on one tire and I even provided them the parts and still didnt replace the wheel lock lugs legitimately not finishing the job they were paid to do. It was my first time experiencing their service and it will be my last and I will never recommend their services again because they are lazy and inconsiderate 0/5 stars if I could DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO LEVINS TIRE AND SERVICE CENTER!
