    The people working at Crown Point Enterprise were very calm & helpful. It was a nice car & they explained the next steps in final payment very nicely. I would definitely recommend renting a car there!

    Arrived to pick up car, no vehicle in any class available. They did apologize and offered to transfer my reservation to a location 35 minutes away. Unfortunately that was not an option. I found a different car, higher class, at a competitor for less and closer than 35 minutes away.

    I was impressed by Emily's professionalism at pickup. The 2025 Chevy Malibu I rented was very clean and well maintained. Sam was polite and he made drop-off easy. Nick and Blake gave us a much-needed laugh as we left.

    This particular Enterprise location is excellent. Armando provided me excellent customer service. He’s friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He even gave me a ride back home when I turned in my rental. The car, which was a 2025 Nissan Altima was great for me. It ran like a top. The price is also reasonable. I recommend Enterprise to anyone looking to rent a car!
