Her car had a problem and turned off, leaving her stuck and unsure of what to do. Brad stepped in right away and kindly helped her push the car to a safe parking space. Not only that, but he also allowed us to leave the car there until we were able to come back and get it, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. His patience, kindness, and willingness to help truly made a difficult situation so much easier for our family. It’s rare to come across people who go out of their way like that, and we’re incredibly grateful. Thank you, Brad and the one crew for your outstanding customer service and genuine compassion!
