- DYDestany Yeats6 days ago1.0Had terrible experience. 1 month ago when I went for a $10 car wash an employee told me that I could do the one time $10 car wash or I can do a $10 - 30 day trial. It was supposed to be a one time thing And the employee confirmed with me that I would not have to pay again after the one month fee Unless I wanted to. After my 30 days was up, I got a $40 fee taken out of my bank account, so I showed up to the car wash and spoke to a manager and he told me that they do not do any refunds and that he would take me off the membership. I was also told that he would have a person higher up give me a phone call about the $40 refund I requested and I still have yet to receive the phone call. I then today just received a text message stating that my membership fee is going to increase soon, when I was told that he would take my membership I was unaware of off. Not to mention the car washes I did all throughout the 30 day trial was awful and barely washed my car. In my opinion it is not worth $40 and I would travel elsewhere!

- KFKelly FaithMar 19, 20261.0Both times I have been through this car wash I left with a dirty car but I came back because of the "free vacuums"- even though half of those don't work either. The previous visit, a manager or owner gave me a second wash for free but there were still suds all over my car afterwards. Today, they were able to take my $12 for the cheapest wash but the vacuums weren't running at all. Overall a waste of money. The employees are pokite and efficient, but it doesnt change the fact that the wash is a waste of money.
