  Katrina (asst mgr) was very friendly, she talked the talk about discounts and ended up taking just a little off. Should have got the price upfront so that’s my fault. Very friendly and fast service though.

  11-21-25, My 2010 Expedition was grossly overfilled with oil during service. Fast forward to the "managers" so called "investigation". I was denied a $628.01 repair to replace a blown-out oil pan gasket. The Expedition had ZERO leaks prior to the 11-21-25 service. VIOC lost a fleet account because a mechanic that did the repair of the gasket "agreed" that the repair was consistent with a vehicle with 180K miles. Of course he did, that is a lot of miles. This mechanic was new to us and had NO prior history experience with my vehicles, had he did he would have known that I spend whatever it takes to keep all my vehicles running sound, WITH NO LEAKS. The Senior Mechanic that works below at VIOC can attest to the fact that the Expedition had no leaks. I HAD A FLEET ACCOUNT FOR 12-15 YEARS. The former manager could also attest to the fact I always approved any service that she recommended.
