  We were scheduled to pickup a vehicle at 8 o'clock this morning and were called 15 minutes prior that they had nothing for us. They said they were hoping to have something by 9 AM. I called at 8:30 to check for any updates and they still had not heard anything. Then at that point I called any other location I could find and they could not help. The New Albany location wanted to charge me DOUBLE. I then spoke with Corydon AGAIN a little after 10 and they proceeded with not having anything. At that point we are behind schedule for our vacation. We finally were able to get a rental through another business several hours later. This has completely derailed our vacation and arrival times and really ruined our trip!! Not to mention this is the SECOND time this had happened to us at this location!! We will not plan to use them again!!

  Despite confirming the day prior, our rental wasn't anywhere to be found when it came time to pick up. "No idea how this happened" Weren't able to do anything for us. Clown show, book elsewhere
