  I had a doctor's appointment out of town and my mom was not able to find her keys. Therefore, I had to take my car, which I was avoiding until I was able to get the oil changed. I was now under a time crunch and had no clue where to go. I asked my son for any suggestions, he said Stickland Brothers will get you in and out. Speed was definitely something I needed and they did NOT let me down. I was 30 mins early to my appt. 😁 They were fast, knowledgeable, explained what I needed, what my options were, and even offered a discount on the oil filter. While they did an amazing, quick, efficient job, that was not what impressed me the most. Each one of them had outstanding, hmmm what should I call it, "car side manner". 🤭 It was like they had all been through a strict training process on how to speak to customers, use of tone, manners, etc. I had a digital recept before he made it back to my car to hand me my change and printed receipt. To top it off, my car is no longer making the awful sound it would make when starting it. Woohoo! I can't be more grateful and impressed! I will not go anywhere else! Y'all were A-MAZING! 😁 I require high mileage OW-20 oil and desperately needed an air filter I paid $139. It was a tad higher than I expected, but I'm willing to pay a bit more for great customer service and enjoy the experience and vibe while I'm there.

  A great group of guys! No high pressure sales pitch to get you to "upgrade"; they are always friendly and quick to get the job done. I had them replace a battery on a 2012 chrysler 200; no easy task. They apologized for the time it took and took $20 off of the battery for taking longer than they thought it should. You dont find that kind of service much, anymore. They take care of all my vehicles. Thanks, guys!

  On March 30th, I visited your establishment for the first time with my 2008 Saturn Sky, which has only 50,000 miles. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and provided comprehensive information. Despite my unfamiliarity with the "stay in your car" service protocol, they ensured my safety by conducting a thorough inspection of all fluids, topping them off as needed, and checking tire pressure. Upon completion of the service, I was highly satisfied with my decision to choose your team. The detailed review of all documentation was also greatly appreciated and informative. I wholeheartedly recommend your services to others; in fact, our children will be bringing their vehicles to your facility for their upcoming maintenance needs.
