  I would not recommend Valvoline, Joey the manager is very rude to women. Our car is. 2024 Hyundia and his crew on Sunday did something majorly wrong to our car. Oil light, rpm pressure revving, and no vehicle . Joey prompt to be here between 9 and 10 AM Thursday this morning and he failed to do so. He has to reach out to his area manager to figure out what he’s going to do. This is ridiculous and I highly do not recommend Valvoline at all. Nathaniel is the area manager and he won’t even call yet. These people do not care ! A claim has been filed . What’s next a lawyer ? You do not talk to a lady the way you did Joey. Michael the area manager called and was nice and should be . We found out so far the car has old oil plus new oil making it 9 quarts of oil in our car ! I am not happy at all. More testing to be completed by Hyundai

  Have to wait 2 days thanks to Valvoline crew Nathaniel and Ivan crew making our only vehicle with warning lights to not drive until someone comes to our house . made a vibe clean and Joey was supposed to come out Thursday morning between nine and 10 and Joey disrespects women he disrespected me on the phone and he was a no-show so now we will take it into corporate hands and higher up ladders. I fill them in there need to clean up and look halfway respectful not with long hair and grease monkeys. Joey is very unprofessional. Corporate is involved and they heard you Joey disrespect a lady. That’s bad . Do not go here at all! Will be taking claim action and appropriate actions . nathaniel is the area manager and will not even call. Nathaniel if you were reading this and care about your company I hope to hear from you today.
