  Leo was hands down the best experience I’ve had while getting work done on a car. Had a flat with my rental from Alamo and was lucky enough that Belle Tire was the nearest tire shop. Leo was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He was an absolute GEM; rare to find in the car maintenance / repair industry. I highly recommend Leo and Belle Tire for all your tire needs.

  Purchased very expensive tires Defender 2 for my 2021 Jeep Cherokee 80th anniversary from Belle Tire so I decided to go back again because I had excellent customer service then, only this time, I purchased new brakes and rotors for the front and the back they said they would put lubrication because the Penrod slides drying out on and they would have to take off the wheels when they rotated it and to do a alignment, thankfully they have cameras, someone had to have hit in several places and broke my granite crystal wheel putting the lug nuts back on, did not tell me?? I'm glad I noticed and I'm glad they have cameras, I called and spoke to Joe manager he said they will investigate it and let me know. I've never had a problem there they have excellent customer service I take very good care of my car, I noticed every detail on my vehicle. He forwarded this to the owner, manager above him. Hopefully this gets resolved as soon as possible. I tried to email this to Joe, he said the email was not going through to him, nor was it being received on the second or third time that I sent it, so I'm putting it on here so you can see it visually yourself it is the back passenger tire you can clearly see by the lug nuts it was hit with a tool of some kind, too big broken pieces and several times other scratches are also from this by the lug nut all the way up to the top of the gray granite crystal wheel. Hopefully this gets resolved and fixed soon because I know I did not do this to my vehicle and I know you have cameras. Right is right wrong is wrong, I wish whoever did this would have said it right then and the manager could have fixed it now I have to go through all of this and be stressed out because of this. The email was not working so I put it on here for you to see visually. Thank you for your time and always being excellent customer service until this happened. I appreciate you trying to do all you can to resolve this for me Joe thank you

  Scheduled an appointment same day for new tires on my work truck. They were able to get me quickly. The assistant manager Lyod was friendly and helpful. Although they couldn’t align my truck, their Tech Justin was transparent with the repairs needed to do the alignment. I had them install new tire pressure sensors and they got rid of that pesky message on my dash. I declined the extra service as I have an independent mechanic to do the work. I am happy with the new tires. Good crew at Belle Tire in Columbus.

  This is my fourth time to come in here to get my tires rotated and balanced second time I came in here and they said it would be 10 minutes and they would get me into rotate Balance after waiting 45 minutes. I finally said OK I will come back when and make an appointment third time I came in here I made appointment I had to call to reschedule that appointment. Same day different time came in here when I was supposed to they said they never received my call or talk to me so I came back the fourth time, but I was got called to make an appointment and they said to me on the phone that there is nobody waiting they had a slow day I says so you’ll get me right in yes sir I’ve been here for 45 minutes and nothing there’s a truck when I walked out outside pulled up within five minutes they pulled his truck in this place is terrible just to get your tires rotated and Balance. It’s unbelievable. It’s a joke
