- MMmary matthewsMar 20, 20261.0I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but I do feel this situation should be addressed. AutoZone offers free windshield installation, which is a great service but I think it’s important that it’s only offered when staff are confident in completing the job correctly. In my case, it took over an hour for them to assess my vehicle, and while they admitted they weren’t sure how to do it, they still chose to move forward. I appreciated their willingness to try, but unfortunately, the installation wasn’t completed, and something ended up being damaged in the process. After taking my car to the dealership, they confirmed that a part had been broken during the attempt, and I’m now facing a $400 repair. I truly believe it would have been better for them to let me know they weren’t comfortable handling it, rather than risk causing damage.

My husband was getting his haircut so we attempted to see if the store had the item. They did not. But no one even came up to or offered to help my husband when he was looking. They were not busy at the time they could hear a speaking to each other play no one bothered to even approached him completely unsatisfied with the service from this particular store. We went to the other store afterwards and found what we needed and got great and helpful service
