My latest rental was replacing my car for a few days while mine was in the bodyshop. I am most grateful for Melissa's excellent customer focuse, her kind responses to my questions, and for her accurate processing of paymenets through my insurance company. Her service was excellent and couldn't have been better! If I need to rent in the future, I'll be doing it through Enterprise Rental in Columbia City!

I was very comfortable with the way she worked with us at pick up and drop off. She is definitely a 5 star person. The car had one issue, but it did not interfere with our trip. That is why I gave 4 stars. It felt like the aliment was off and the steering got very jerky at times. Yes I would definitely rent from the Columbia City enterprise again.

The next buisness day after booking, they called and instead offered a standard rental. I told them no, they said they would try. I knew from the call that they werent going to try. They called the next day, at ten minutes to their closing time, we cant get it. Melissa at their columbia city in location is as helpful and professional as a turnip. I am now left standing, needing a rental. What use is booking ahead, or confirmation calls when the staff wont sell the products the company offers.
