  They are amazing and had my back when I needed it helped me to get back into a vehicle until I was able to get another vehicle they definitely made it right if something was wrong so thank you Aaron at enterprise in Columbia City Indiana for making my first experience a fantastic one for the circumstances that I was in

  Aaron made lemonade out a whole bunch of lemons...went above and beyond to ensure that our rental was available and simultaneously was ensuring that a replacement was also available. Excellent communication, attitude, and customer service. Appreciate having an option closer than Fort Wayne - will definitely use Aaron and Enterprise again.

  EPIC FAIL!!! I’ve been renting cars here for a long time and rent multiple times per month!!!! Today I get online at my house and made a reservation for a full size auto, to be picked up at 430 pm. Reservation was accepted, confirmation number sent to me. Got in my car and drove to the rental place. The new Mgr tells me he doesn’t have a full size car available. I said, “Sure you do, here is my reservation confirmation. I showed it to him and he said, “Well you just made this 15 min ago, and you shld make your reservation a day in advance”. I said, “If that were accurate, I wouldnt have received a reservation confirmation that you have the car I reserved. Then he said, “Yes but you didnt call me to be sure I had the car”. Uhhhhh seriously!!?? So this is my fault now TWICE! I don’t reserve early enough and I didn’t call the place to be sure they had the car. NEVER MIND THAT IM HOLDING A RESERVATION CONFORMATION!! After basically telling me twice that this is my fault, I get quite upset! So then he tells me because I’m upset, he isnt going to rent me any car today! Do u think we r renting cars for the fun of it? I have a last minute business appt that I need a Full Size car for, so yes this is quite upsetting! I then tell him he has a lot to learn about customer service. To which he stated, “Well I must know what I need to know since I’m a Branch Manager at only 23!! So here is the root of the problem!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, bc he already knows it all. Not to mention a company that has a terrible reservation system (he finally tells me I’m the 3rd person today with the same issue). So I guess all 3 of us are just wrong and shldnt expect to get the auto we all have a confirmed reservation for! All 3 of us need to reserve sooner (even though we have a confirmation number), and on top of that, we are supposed to call him to Make sure he actually has what we just reserved confirmed reservations for. P.S. you’re darn right I got upset. This was a terrible encounter. The worst!
