  Had to rent a vehicle after my Van was totaled. I live in Columbia City, Indiana and I found a vehicle in Franklin Ohio. I returnedthe rental to the enterprise near Franklin, Ohio and they drove me back to where I was getting my Van. Very good customer service at both locations. Thank you for helping it be a less stressful situation than it already was.

  They are amazing and had my back when I needed it helped me to get back into a vehicle until I was able to get another vehicle they definitely made it right if something was wrong so thank you Aaron at enterprise in Columbia City Indiana for making my first experience a fantastic one for the circumstances that I was in

  Aaron made lemonade out a whole bunch of lemons...went above and beyond to ensure that our rental was available and simultaneously was ensuring that a replacement was also available. Excellent communication, attitude, and customer service. Appreciate having an option closer than Fort Wayne - will definitely use Aaron and Enterprise again.
