  The service we received today was probably one of these worst customer service experiences we’ve had overall in a store. My wife and I both work in customer service, so we understand that everyone have an off day, so we try to always be as kind and understanding as possible whenever we interact with staff at any store. This visit at the store though was just straight up bad though. The battery in one of our cars was having issues, so we brought the battery on its own to the store so the wouldn’t need to do any extra work to figure stuff out, but when we walked in they were more then annoyed and were already trying to shoo us out of the store the second we walked in. We explained that we just needed the battery tested to see if we needed to get a new one there, and they tested it, but we’re not happy or helpful in doing so. They did the usual with asking about the make and model which we know is standard procedure, but they were pretty mad because we didn’t know all of the exact details of the car due to it being my mother in laws car and only bringing the battery of the car with us. We tried to ask if they could see if they could possibly look up if my mother in laws car was on file from any past stuff, not only for them to have accurate information, but also for us to know as well, but they quickly shut us down and pretty much refused to do so. Eventually they decided to at least look at the battery and told us what we needed, and I was about to try and buy one there, but they straight up told us to go buy one elsewhere and proceeded to just kinda shoo us out before we could even have a chance of thinking about what we wanted. I guess from now on I’ll just go somewhere else since our business isn’t welcome and literally wanting us to go shop elsewhere. Again I understand off days happen, especially with the both of us working in customer service for quite a few years, but this was just bad.

  I was having problems withy headlights were getting really dim while I was driving it and when heater was on it would pull the battery weak . I thought it was alternator but they checked it for me and told me the battery was to weak and saved me some $ really. They are great.
