I bought a car from Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville and the process left really a bad taste. The trade-in started very low compared to other dealerships. I had to push quite a bit to get it to a reasonable number. That part honestly felt like a tactic to wear you down so you stop negotiating elsewhere. Out of 4 dealerships I visited in past, this was the lowest assessment value give to the trade-in. Then came the add-ons. Around $2,000+ worth of packages showed up late in the process, and some were presented like they were not optional. At that point you’ve already spent hours there, and it’s not easy to walk away. How come packages worth 2500$ mandatory and not give customer a choice. It’s a big amount. The financing part was the most disappointing. The interest rate wasn’t clearly discussed upfront, and I only realized toward the end that it was above 7.5%. That increased my monthly payment by about $130, which adds up significantly over time. 1500$ lost per year until refinanced. Looking back, I chose this dealership thinking I was saving about $700 compared to another option, but I ended up paying more overall. That was a wrong decision. I’ll be honest — part of this is on me for not locking everything down earlier. But the process definitely lacked transparency, and things should be clearer for customers from the start. If you’re buying here, go in very prepared: • Don’t rely on initial trade-in numbers • Question every add-on • Confirm your exact interest rate before signing anything

Second review– only because this unprofessional slimy business is BURYING MY FIRST REVIEW. Posted mine 24 hours ago. Since then, 5+ new 5 star reviews, all edited from a year ago, 7 months ago, etc. have been reposted in an attempt to prevent mine from being the first thing you see. Here’s an idea, instead of focusing on burying my bad review, work on being a better business! After I posted my first review regarding my TITLE TAKING FOUR MONTHS to be delivered to me, suddenly, before they opened today the title clerk responded that it’s on the way. Funny how that works huh? If I can sway one person from doing business with these people it’ll be enough for me. Seriously. Do yourself a favor, read the lowest reviews for yourself. I’m a 25 year old bartender. I bought my first car on my own from Jeff Wyler. They have done nothing but cause me problems and money. Don’t let your daughters mothers or sisters make the same mistake. Shame on you Jeff Wyler.

PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM JEFF WYLER OF CLARKSVILLE. I bought a 2017 Subaru Outback in December of 2025. Two weeks later it was totaled (just my luck). It is now April 2026 and I STILL do not have a title for my insurance company. So not only have I not gotten my settlement, I’m still paying a $240 car payment and $90 in insurance for a car still in my name, and I can’t buy a car I’m so upside down, all because Armond (title clerk) cannot do his job. I should not have to beg someone to do their job. Seems as if no one is taking me seriously, shocking considering that failure to deliver a title is illegal. At this point, no I don’t want to wait the time it will take to sue but I’m just petty enough to do it anyway out of spite. Jeff Wyler of Clarksville if you’re reading this call me before my lawyer calls you ❤️

Was forced to buy their “wylercare” package add on at time of sale that includes 3 free oil changes and tire rotations. Finally got in to use a free visit and they went around it by charging it through my companies fleet maintenance plan instead. So I still haven’t used my “free” oil changes I didn’t want their wylercare package when I bought the car and this is exactly why. The sales staff forces a bunch of add ons at the point of sale. The service visit before they tried to upsell me fuel system cleaning service on a 1.5 year old Toyota.

The Jeff Wyler service team is top-notch—specifically Wyler Bobby and Wyler Cheyenne. My situation was a little… unusual. I’m the third owner of a 2016 Toyota Camry that only had about 52,000 miles on it at the time of service. For anyone who knows Camrys, that’s basically still in kindergarten. The problem? I suddenly lost reverse. Which meant every parking decision in my life instantly became a tactical operation. I was pulling through parking spaces like a fighter pilot lining up a runway. Grocery stores, gas stations, work parking lots… all required strategy. There were even a couple moments where I had to apply a little “manual reverse assistance” with my own two feet. Enter Wyler Bobby. Cool as a fan from the beginning. Calm, professional, and somehow making a situation that felt ridiculous seem manageable. After diagnosing the problem, Wyler Bobby confirmed the issue was a bad transmission. Apparently that’s pretty rare for a Camry, especially one with such low mileage. Even better news: a brand-new transmission wasn’t available, and finding a certified rebuilt one could take weeks. Fantastic. But Wyler Bobby understood the depth of the situation and somehow worked out a transportation solution for me out of nowhere so I could still get to work. That’s when Wyler Cheyenne stepped in and matched the same level of customer service. Super helpful, professional, and easy to work with the entire time. Then just a few days later, Wyler Bobby calls me. He found a transmission and could have it shipped and installed within a week. And that’s exactly what happened. I was honestly blown away. The communication, the effort, and the follow-through were all way beyond what I expected. Jeff Wyler’s service team has officially earned a lifelong customer. Side note: if the sales team calls you about a “free appraisal”… just sit with that phrase for a moment and think it all the way through.
