  Store manager - Cody, was a man of his word, didn’t have the tire that they quoted so they upgraded me at a minimal charge. Tires were installed in just enough time for my wife and I to eat lunch and come back to a completed vehicle.

  Poorest and pitiful representation of what CUSTOMER SERVICE should be. After making an appointment for service at a call center on the other side of the globe, my appointment for the Clarksville, IN store was confirmed for a 5.30 pm appointment. When I arrived on time for my confirmed appointment I was quickly disappointed with a locked door and lights out service center with a handwritten note taped to the door explaining apologies and other random BS about closing at 6pm ... blah, blah, blah POOR & PITIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE who represents Ken Towery Firestone, uses their printed logo mailers offering special prices on routine services. When a working professional shows up for a confirmed appointment and finds the shop locked up with lights out, what signal does this say to you?! CLEARLY no one at this location exemplifies the business model of Ken Towery Firestone but lessens the operation to that good Ole boy neighborhood garage with no sense of urgency, no regard to customers value of time and not even close the a corporate business model that should set standards, leaving customers wanting to return. I will NEVER endorse Ken Towery Firestone nor would I recommend that you use their services. When I asked the man at the front counter about my confirmed appointment and the shop closed, lights out he did not once acknowledge ownership of this UNACCEPTABLE level of service. Upon checking out no discounts, apologies or acknowledgement of the lack of customer service that was never extended, I had to ask if he would do anything to compensate for lost time which I will never get back. The man at the counter looked like his name tag should read BUBBA. His ignorant response was "We've been like this for a while" ... another unacceptable and pitiful representation of how customer service should be. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR FIND ANOTHER REPUTABLE BUSINESS FOR YOUR AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE NEEDS I WILL NEVER ENDORSE Ken Towery Firestone based on this single incident.

  Did not do a diagnostic went by what I told him and did not fix the car let it sit there for days Car was smoking messed up the car undrived above. Still not fixed will not be taking the car back there will recommend them to nobody

  I send people to ken towerys when we're not allowed to work on certain things. I appreciate them greatly and I always get good feedback from the people I send there so they must be pretty good.

  PLEASE BEWARE!! They just did a BAIT AND SWITCH on some tires I ordered online. They put tires that were almost 200 dollars more than what I ordered. When confronted they said they tried to call us and tell us that the ones I wanted were not available but it went to voicemail. That is most likely a lie because we have no record of any missed calls or voicemails on our phone. I tried to be reasonable with the gentleman at the front desk to see if he could resolve this but he said there was nothing they could do once they had charged my card. SHAME ON KEN TOWERY'S THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS.
