  While the technicians and call center were amazing, the manager was over an hour late opening the store. The technicians were helpful and apologetic for a situation that was out of their control. I had a flat tire with no spare. If I could have gone somewhere else without causing damage, I would not have waited.

  I can not warn you enough, do not go here! We have ALWAYS used them but lately this place has went down hill. We went to have our tires taken off old rims and put onto new rims. While there, my husband decided to go ahead and buy new tires too. We drove it home (on the interstate 45 minutes) and came back the next day to have the new tires put on. Once we were there we waited a while and when it was almost done the manager told us that the working on it had accidentally put the front tires on the back rims and Vice versa which is a problem since the back wheels are larger than the front. He told us they would fix it and it would be done shortly. When the guy working on our car was done, we found out it was done the day prior and we drove around like that. That day we noticed a small spot that the paint was off on the brand new rim (black rim) that was silver which we suspected was from forcing the tire on the wrong rim. A few weeks later we noticed the spot was higher and upon investigation the spot was huge that they scratched up and tried to cover with a black marker. The rim was $250 that we now have to replace again. Do not go here!

  I took my car here for an oil change and other services. They were busy with several other vehicles and left my car partially finished. One of the things they left unfinished - they did not replace the oil with new after draining the old. My car was totalled. I was refused any resolution because I drove my vehicle from the shop. *This was several years ago, but I will never return to any Ken Towery, especially this location.
