    Had a reservation set by my company late in the evening just prior to the snow storm rolling. Mia and Camron had excellent customer service, not only were they able to move up my reservation earlier in the afternoon so I could make it to my destination safely before dark, but they worked together to find me the best car with preferred tires for the possible weather I might encounter. Not my first time using this location but first time leaving a review. Job well done.

    BEWARE!! If I could give them 0 stars I would have! To start with they didn’t have a vehicle for me when THEY set the appointment time and I ended up killing a good chunk of my afternoon waiting on one. THEY called roadside assistance to jumpstart THIER vehicle when I was trying to return it; again another 2 hours killed waiting for it to be started. Then today I get a call and ask if I’d like to put my $50 deposit towards the charge. It was $62 total. Once I declined to pay and yes I was a little rude about it, they charged my card an addition $22 WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION When I called back she said it was because I cussed at her. So what I’m hearing is they just charge you for what they want?? Made sure I got my moneys worth at that point. UPDATE: Apparently I’ve also been placed on a do not rent list AND they charged my insurance company for two extra days I didn’t have the rental. I’ve never seen more blatant in your face fraud before.

    First I would like to thank Reese, Blake, and Monet for working diligently with me. My profile explicitly states no Chevy, for any reason . I call ahead one week innadvance of my schedulwd pickup to be reassured I would not be assigned a Chevy. I was told they couldn't guarantee me this as they have a lot of Chevy in their inventory. I called the insurance company and had them call to make the request as well. I called back and asked to speak with Monet. Reese answered the phone and informed me Monet was on the phone but he would be willing to assist me. So I gave him the opportunity. Being a repeat customer he remembered me and assured me I would not be assigned a Chevy as I explained to him the anxiety i was having over it. I was merely trying to prevent a bad day by calling in advance. Reese told me he would have a Camry for me since I requested a full size sedan as comparable to my car. However when I arrived, I was told the Nissan Altima was assigned to me and is considered a full size car despite it is sold as a mid-sized sedan. I took the car despite it was dirty bc the car wash was broken which made the inspection difficult to identify body damage. Personal preference, I don't like a Nissan because of the rear safety feature that makes the car brake if you are backing up quickly and get in sight of something. Whiplash isn't pleasant. Nonetheless, the car itself was a 4-cylinder and enterprise informed me they didn't have a V6 in a car. To make up for my dismay, Reese told me to bring the car back on empty and I wouldn't be charged for the fuel. Semi Disappointed, I drove off with the car and took it straight to the car wash (actually washed this car 3 times in the 3 weeks that i had it bc I respect rentals just like my own car.) Sadly, this Altima would later have a service light come on. When this happened I called in and spoke with Blake. Blake offered me a mini van to swap out the Altima with its service light on. ABSOLUTELY NO THANK YOU. I DON'T HAVE LITTLE ONEA ANYMORE... I JUST WANT A FULL SIZE NON CHEVY CAR. Blake called me back 50 minutes til close to inform me he had a camry for me. I left work and drove there to swap the vehicles. The Camry drove better but body wise looked abused. The interior wreaked and the passenger seat was dirty. I went home and tried to clean it. I left the windows down trying to air it out but it didn't help. Thankfully it was just for a couple of days. I only drove it the night I picked it up and not again until i turned it in. When I turned it in, I informed them of the camry interior being dirty and malordorus. I personally wiped down the interior, attempted to scrub the stain out, and sprayed an odor dissolving febreeze spray throughout the cloth/carpet interior. Much to my dissatisfaction, I couldn't alleviate the nauseating odor. Monet informed me that she overheard my conversation and reassured me they would take care of me if I decide to rent in the furture for personal use. Monet is the supervisor. She is fair. Personable and does what she can to take care of the customers. Somethings are beyond her control, and she is still apologetic. Regardless, she does what she can with each situation as they arise. She smiles, is kind and understanding. She leads her staff to follow her lead. Monet represents the company with her professionalism and leadership. Blake and Reese obviously have picked up on her approach and it seems to pay off in keeping the customer happy.
