  TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! Hands down best experience I've ever had . After the stress of hitting a deer with my 2019 Chevy Silverado High Country all the staff at Gerber Collision & Glass took that stress away from the initial walk around of my truck! Asa was who I was dealing with through the whole process he was very clear calm and transparent from our first walk around he assured me everything was gonna be alright he showed me the damage that was going to need fixed and even pointed out things that were unseen... Asa kept me in the loop every step of the way with almost daily text. I got my truck back and let me say it looks better than when I bought it !!! My truck was fixed to new it was washed and vacuumed out. I paid a little extra out of pocket to get a couple dents and scratches on the other side of the truck fixed ( which by the way two different shops told me the dents were un fixable because where they were located) Gerber collision fixed them both too new ! This review doesn't even begin to describe the professionalism from the top notch work to staff communication! Gerber Collision & Glass really cares about their customers you can tell from the communication and quality work they do!!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️across the board !!!

  Where do I even start? About two weeks ago my husband hit a deer in our truck, we got referred by our insurance to Gerber Collision & Glass. Thank the Lord we did. Asa was an absolute pleasure to work with, took care of everything that was damaged on our vehicle. Continued to give my husband updates on where his team was in the process and when we should be expecting our truck back. I'm honestly in awe and so impressed by how professional the service was, and how kind and helpful the staff were. Any needs that we'll need in the future with either of our vehicles will be handled here. We won't go anywhere else! Thank you guys so much, we highly highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  My Kia Stinger was damaged in a front end collision. My vehicle was repaired to perfection and looks better than new. The team was very professional and informative. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs vehicle body repair.

  I was overall thankful for them being able to take my car in and fix it in record time. I am also very impressed by the body and paint work. The disappointing part was that I knew something was wrong with my steering when the car was returned to me and my concerns were dismissed. The manager even took a drive with me and suggested that I was imagining the issues because I was "expecting something to go wrong". The manager did recommend I have my dealership inspect it if I was really concerned. I then took it to my dealership when I was still experiencing problems and they found a loose control arm bolt on the driver side and had to redo the alignment. Gerber took care of the repair cost but it shouldn't have happened. I just wish Gerber wouldn't have downplayed my concerns. I know my car, I knew something was wrong, and that repair mistake could've caused me to get in an accident and worse.
