  Gerber Collision & Glass did an excellent job on my vehicle. The staff was professional. Alene ensured I understood the process and helped me with my rental. Ryan kept me updated, and made the whole process easy. The repairs were high-quality and finished on time. Highly recommend!

  I am very disappointed with my experience at Gerber Collision. My daughter hit a deer and when she went in for an estimate their assessment of my vehicle was inaccurate, they claimed there was “paint transfer” and damage not caused by a deer. After inspecting the car myself, I can say with certainty that the white substance on the front is not foreign paint at all, but the car’s own clear coat delaminating from the impact. It scratches, flakes, and peels off easily, leaving the original base coat intact, something that can be verified with a simple five-minute Google search. You would think they would know this. And to be clear, they were not sure what it was when I pressed them on it. In addition, there are dents on the top of the fender that are inconsistent with striking another vehicle and more so a deer. The side mirror was also hit into the passenger window, consistent with the deer bouncing off the vehicle and nothing along the side of the vehicle but minor scratches near the rear tire from brush from pulling off the road. These facts were overlooked in their evaluation and revaluation. Instead of properly inspecting the damage, Gerber made assumptions that I strongly disagree with. This led AmFam to open a special investigation and delay the entire claims process. A collision center should provide careful, thorough, and unbiased inspections. Unfortunately, I did not experience that with Gerber Collision. I would avoid them unless you have no other choice.

  Love the workers, especially the front desk lady. She’s very kind and knowledgeable. The work they did on my vehicle was great. I’d absolutely recommend this shop.
