- GDGeorge D.Oct 22, 20251.0On the Friday Labor day weekend, I had a reservation for a car at 4:30, when I arrived their was a note on the door that said, went to drop a customer off at home, be back in a few minutes, which is no big deal. Well by the time he got back, their were now 3 customers and Enterprise closes at 5 and now its 4:50. I let a guy go before me because they had kids. The customer said he was there for a 3rd row vehicle, the employee quickly explained to him their were no 3rd row vehicles for him and he than asked me what I needed. I told him I was their for a car. He started asking me for verification of my home. He needed a phone bill, Nipsco, bills. I wasn't paying with a debit card for him to ask me that and if he assumed I was, he could've asked me for a credit card without those bills needed. He than asked the guy behind me what he needed! This employee came back at 10 minutes before closing and he was leaving. He was putting his cubs hat on as we spoke. I called corporate, they told me to go back to the office and someone would call him. I went back and it was closed. I waited for 2 weeks and still nobody called me from Enterprise. I called back last week again and made another report, I even have a case number and nob9dy is calling me back! What an absolute joke of a company, absolutely pitiful!
