- SOSam OlsenJan 27, 20265.0I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise. Everyone I talked to was very friendly, helpful and cared about my needs and concerns. The 2nd day I had my rental (2024 VW GTI), I got a low coolant alarm. It was the very end of the day and Enterprise was closed. So I drove it the the nearest VW dealership, purchased a gallon of coolant and topped it off myself. I let Enterprise know of the alarm. After 14 days of renting, the coolant level remained unchanged, so unsure as to why the level was low. The staff at Enterprise made sure I was reimbursed. Excellent service, friendly staff and awesome car. I will be choosing Enterprise as my car rental company from here on out.
- JLJessalyn LindenJan 15, 20265.0Alex is amazing @ Enterprise in Cedar Lake. They are short staffed and he's well oiled machine.. Runs the place like he has 2 extra workers. I have rented a few times from them. Refuse to go anywhere else if I don't have to. He's quick fast and efficient and makes the customers feel valued and takes the time out of his day to have a conversation and joke around with him and he's really down to earth. And all the other people who move the cars are super nice too.
