The windshield wipers did not function properly ( should have been changed a while ago) and the car smelled like marijuana smoke. We realize that some customers do not take care of rental cars as they should but it is the responsibility of Enterprise to ensure that the car is safe and clean before renting it to the next customer. It would simply be better for their business to maintain the cars and keep them in good working order free of the filth and damage left by the previous renter.
- KCkaren creechNov 24, 20251.0I requested a domestic vehicle, Hit a deer, mine is in the shop, they didn't have one so I took what they had, no big deal, told me to call back in a few days to switch out of possible. Talked to them today about returning the car because I won't need it over the Thanksgiving weekend, trying to extend the money the insurance gave me for the rental (400). I get off at 4:30pm, there's a 99 percent chance I'll make it on time but asked them if he could please wait 5 minutes incase I'm late because if you drop the keys while they are closed, you are charged the next day, which is Thanksgiving Day. I seen a Crystler on their website and asked about reserving it, he said there was no guarantee I would get that vehicle, he made the whole process miserable. I've been renting cars from Enterprise for over 20 years I'm done. Called Budget, got a Jeep for $13 more a day over this shoebox of a car they gave me.
