- WLWilliam LesterApr 18, 20261.0I received a coupon for a bundle, getting an oil change, of which I was to receive FREE PREMIUM WIPER BLADES, BRAKE INSPECTION AND LIGHT INSPECTION. Trinity quoted me $110 including tax. After getting my services done and giving her my card she came back as told me it would be $124. My issue with this is the coupon was from Jiffy’s site and I gave the info up front so that is an issue for me. I then asked why she couldn’t honor the price and she said she had no other way to fix it. She then offered to put my old blade back on (of which had been put in the trash) how insulting. The ONLY reason I came to get an oil change was for the entire promo so VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HOW THIS WENT. As a result I can’t see myself returning to Jiffy (of which I have gone for other services). If you give a price you should honor that price even if you have to call the manager and ask how to do it, of which I asked where the manager was and she said he is off till Monday and there was nothing else they could do. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

The manager took total responsibility for the error even before he’d seen my car. He paid for my tow to the shop, and not only fixed the problem but also did a thorough job checking for other potential damage. Finally he, included an additive he didn’t need to include free of charge! I was amazed someone would take that level of responsibility and care!
