Called them and asked for they quote/ estimate and more importantly the expected hours for the job. Since, I could not leave it at the mechanics and their opening hours overlap as my work schedule do not allow that also that it happened to my only means of transportation, also tried to mention all this on call with all due courtesy. However, the person behind the phone said with a reply that “I am trying to be smart” and before them doing their own inspection/ diagnostic they do not even believe the video Multi point inspection does by the Certified dealership of the brand. Perhaps, I was upset more about their attitude towards their potential customer and trying to blame you if you ask “too much questions “. Very disappointing and rude behavior. Will never even reach out again even if I have to pay more premium at another shop for being respectful.
