    Evan, Kevin, Samual and Andrew did a wonderful job. The guys I spoke to up top were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Although I didn't get to speak to Andrew, I did ask if he would tell me if there was anything that looked out of place underneath. He did and I was grateful because I don't get under my vehicle as much as I used to. What I would tell the public is that they want a quality oil change and to keep their vehicle running well I would take it to these guys every time I needed oil. The service at the store has always been exemplary and I have taken my vehicle here many times. Sincerely: James Lake

    Usually when I go to this location, I have no problems. I was there today 12/23 and I had terrible service. Staff was extremely disorganized. They did not show me my dipstick, they didn’t tell me my total, and I had to ask for wiper fluid twice, and they still didn’t fill it. I went around 5pm. When I did ask to see my dipstick, the guy held it 5ft away from me. I do not wish to do business with Valvoline again if this is how their staff is trained.
