  Amazing experience at This location with the worker Holly crockrell, she was super nice to me and my family, was very respectful and understanding and assisted us so much. Also she was very understanding about our family emergency. We have never rented a truck before and she was very informative and amazing at her job highly recommend Holly as the worker and this location! Amazing job Holly keep up the amazing work and thanks for the understanding ! Will look forward to using this company and working with Holly in the future.

  I’ve rented from this store many times over the years. They have always had well-maintained trucks in perfect working order, usually fairly new with low mileage. There prices are always reasonable and lower than other rental truck companies. I’ve had one-way rentals for cross-country moves, & local rentals, too. I return to rental from them specifically because they are so friendly and helpful, & make the rental process seamless and simple. I can’t say enough great things about them! They are trusted business partners for all my needs. I recommend them highly to anyone. My whole family uses them and I really trust them over any other rental truck company anywhere. Even when I have not lived in Carmel, I have gone out of my way to reserve with them because of the history of positive experiences I and my family have always had. I believe newer owners have purchased the business recently, and I have experienced the same high level of professionalism, and excellent service I have come to expect for years. Highest praise to them. Support local! Especially when they are this amazing at what they do! You won’t be disappointed!
