- CCCeciliaFeb 1, 20261.0I actually came here in the summer/fall, they were kind when I went and I specifically remember the kind girl working there who was very helpful. Everything was actually great but my car started rattling when I brought it home. I drove on it rattling for 2 days, on keystone, on the interstate while asking everyone who knew about cars what it could be. My dad took off my hubcaps on the front right tire and found that they hadn't tightened any of the lugnuts keeping the tire on. Two fell off when we removed the hubcap. All the other tires were fine and tightened. We fixed it ourselves and my dad was fuming at the mistake. He threatened to show up to the shop but I didnt really want to confront anyone so we never did. We simply agreed to never come back and tell everyone to avoid the place. I'm really inexperienced with cars and likely would've continued to drive if not for him. I'm more frusturated that the car was not drivable directly after I spent hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds to fix the many other issues it had. It makes me question the other work they've already done on my car. Scared to take in my car anymore so I've been having my dad do it for me. We have not been back since that happened.
