    Service took a while which was annoying but the quality more then made up For it plus they stayed after closing to finish it which was the best thing overall great service and dedicated staff

    I brought in 3 of my kids and I cars for oil change the last year or so, always great service, always asking me before they start , “what are we doing for today and that’s how much money “ TODAY, somehow the service man, never asked me ANYTHING!! Odd, and before you know it, my oil change coasted me $226, $226 for oil change. That’s not acceptable, not acceptable at all, and on top of that, the service man try to argue with me that I been there before and it’s always cost that much, he lied to me front of my face too. I love supporting local businesses and will continue to do that, but man, $226 for oil change? That’s tough pill to swallow.

    I failed to get a price before I ordered service and paid dearly for my mistake. I recently had full service oil change on my 2024 Tundra and it was $37 less! Shame on you! Just know I will not return. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! The techs there were great!

    I had an oil change at this location on Monday, February 2nd. Their own service notes documented an “oil leak” and “transmission leak” at the time of service which was news to me because I did not have any leak before. Because of that, I scheduled the earliest available appointment with Kia and brought my car in on February 4th. Kia confirmed with video that the oil filter was leaking and either was installed incorrectly or damaged and had to replace the filter and add oil. I was charged a $209 diagnostic fee because of this. When I returned to this Jiffy Lube, the store manager (who also performed the oil change) said the leak was “already there,” then said oil filters are mass produced and can be faulty, and that “he checked if it was leaking” before leaving and maybe it was a “slow leak.” None of that changes the fact that the vehicle left this location with a leaking oil filter, which their own notes and the dealership confirmed. There was also no transmission leak like they originally claimed. Sending a car out with a leaking oil filter is a serious failure and a violation of basic service standards and Jiffy Lube’s own policies, which require verifying proper installation and checking for leaks before releasing a vehicle. Loss of oil can cause permanent engine damage if not caught quickly. I only avoided potentially permanent damage by having this checked as soon as the dealership could get me in. I paid $91 for the oil change and $209 for the diagnostic caused by this issue. I’ve provided receipts and dealership video to this location and am currently waiting to be contacted by someone above the store manager to resolve this. Customers shouldn’t have to pay twice because basic quality control was missed. Update: Corporate refunded the dealership diagnostic fee but refused to refund the oil change that caused the issue. They requested for me to contact them again, below is their reply to this review. They have yet to respond to my email after I emailed them again after their request to reach out. I highly recommend spending your money somewhere else.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I waited outside the garage doors for at least 15 minutes with no one coming out to greet or direct me. Once inside, a basic oil change that normally takes 15–20 minutes took nearly an hour. During check-in, the employee entering my information couldn’t find my vehicle in the system—even though this same location serviced this car last time. After the oil change, the technician did not ask me to start the car to circulate the oil, and he did not offer to top off washer fluid (mine was completely empty). The technician was polite, but communication throughout the service was minimal and awkward. The cashier applied a coupon for the slow service, which I appreciated, but overall the experience felt disorganized and not up to standard. This is also not my first issue here—on my last visit they installed the wrong size oil cap, which caused oil to leak all over my garage. They corrected it, but it was an inconvenience and left permanent oil stains. At this point, I don’t plan to return to this location.
