- JTJim TFeb 14, 20262.0This was not my typical experience with getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube...the 45 minutes it took for servicing my 2025 Explorer was way too long (even with 5-6 people servicing my vehicle and only one other vehicle in the upper bay). In addition some of the information shown on my work order is wrong including my mileage (shown as 47,912 not actual amount of 4,791 miles) and my license plate number which is completely wrong. Not sure I'll be returning to Jiffy Lube for my next oil change!

Mo is juggling a busy shop, training others and helping each customer feel like they are the only one. I had oil changed, 4 lightbulbs changed, and lots of fluids topped off. Very pleased.
