    Went to buy a battery. Adrian was very obviously trying to upsell us to a Duralast battery that, after much research, was double the price of what functional battery should be. When we came back a few days later to purchase and have the Totalpro battery installed, we were checking out at the same time as another woman having a battery installed and were told that “one of them” had to be inside at all times…which made sense, so we let the woman go first. What was odd is that moments later 2 more employees, Adrian and Brian, were present at the front and we were still not assisted with the install. Soon after, the other employee, I believe his name was Nick, doing the other install, very very slowly sauntered in looking for a tool…which he could not find for at least a few minutes (why wouldn’t he have taken it out with him in the first place?). He then proceeded to return a very lengthy phone call…again mid-install for…while we were waiting. It didn’t seem like he had any intention of trying to install the other battery with any speed or efficiency…even with other customers OBVIOUSLY waiting on him to be finished so that James could do ours. We were later informed that they only had one battery changing kit, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that he wasn’t trying to get it taken care of quickly, so that they could move onto ours. After ALLLLL of this, he came back in and said that they had the WRONG battery for the other customer’s car. Which, how does that even happen? Their system verifies them. Thankfully, James, who was assisting us, said that he was going to take the battery changing kit and do ours while they were getting the other battery situation figured out. Having one battery changing kit with, at the time, 4 employees in the building, just seems wild to me. Oh, and this was our THIRD time back after being told they weren’t changing batteries because they were too busy and then that corporate said that they weren’t changing batteries because it was too cold. When we mentioned this today the employees seemed stunned and confused that we were told that “corporate” said anything.

    Julius and Linda were phenomenal and professional attendees. They they were patient very knowledgeable about the jobs with the extra amount answer any questions that I had with no problem and they sent me on the way with some new wipers for my daughter’s car.

    Had my belt shred on the way home, and needed a levee to work on it, they offered a great place, tools i needed, then Devin gave me a jump start and was so nice abs helpful throughout the process
