- DDDenise DApr 20, 20261.0We were looking for an electrical connector. Tried Ace Hardware who suggest Batteries Plus. They weren't able to help, so they told us to try Auto Zone across the street. Walked in - there was one guy at a computer. He didn't look up, didn't speak a word - just ignored us. Then a second guy walked in from outside (his tag said "driver") and the computer guy said to see if he could help us. I asked about an electrical connector and he said electrical was on aisle 2 and walked to the back. We left at that point. WILL DEF NOT BE BACK! Went down the road to O'Reilly's and were treated very well. If you want to see bad customer service - this is the place to go!

He gave great advice, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. And the convo while changing the battery was hilarious! Great guy all around. I will be back for sure because of him!
