  My rear passenger side tire picked a nail and I came to fix and was charged $35 only for the same tire to get deflated two days after while parked and not used since Sunday when it was fixed. This seems to be a terrible job at an unreasonable price. I’m still figuring out how to bring the tire back so you guys can fix again and I’m not going to pay a dime.

  I hate doing this but I had an appointment at 1pm. Got here at 12:45. It’s now 4:15pm and my car JUST went in to get started. What is the point of appointments when I’m still sitting here for what’s going to be at least 4 hours. EDIT TO ADD: now have been here for 4.5 hours and my tires are still not on my car.

  How is this place still in business? Horrible communication and customer service skills. Mechanical skills I assume are suspect. To say the least.

  John and his team were able to get me in at the end of the day on a Friday, after blowing my tire in a pothole. I'll definitley be returning!

  Tire rotation and balance was fast employees were friendly. However my hood was left un-latched. They say every vehicle is inspected so your hood will be up while there. So they pull the hood release when they pull the vehicle in but never raised my hood therefore when I left my hood wasn't latched completely and I was forced to stop on the side of the interstate to shut it.
