It was quite a relief I could even find the right tire for my car there as there have been multiple times that places are just out of stock of that. I also am pleased that I was able to get my car dropped off in the evening to have it ready the next morning with my time so tight. The only issue I had was as it was supposed to be ready in the morning, someone had not spread the message and so it was not done yet and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. The last thing was while it is stressing me as I can't afford more repairs, it was helpful that they would check all the tires for alignment closely and found out what actually caused the flat tire because otherwise I wouldn't know it could cause another if I don't take it easy and keep an eye on it.

Where to start? I was told it would be 2 hours to replace two front tires. To start off they broke off a lug stud taking the wheels off. Then when they started putting it back together they cross threaded three more lug studs and lug nuts. They had no studs or lug nuts in the store and they were passed the point of delivery time. So they start trying to rethread the studs. They take lug nuts from other tires on the car. 5 hours later I am finally able to leave. I watched them through the window tighten my lug nuts with an impact without torque extention and they never used a torque wrench to tighten to spec. Now I have to replace all of my front lug studs and replace all of my lug nuts. Oh and on top of all of that, they tried to charge me full price.

Horrible service! This is the third and final time I will ever go to Tire Barn. Made an appointment and still waited two hours to even get in. Then they wanted to charge me for a tire sensor that they supposedly fixed a couple months prior. Last time when I came in for an alignment, the manager literal looked at my F250 and said, “what am I supposed to do with that!”

Great customer service and friendly staff. They are a bit pricey but when you are in a hurry and they are the only option you can’t pick and choose. For there cheapest 15in sedan tire it was $109 I could get a better one at Walmart for $50 but besides the point. My biggest issue is that I was charged 2 separate fees per tire for TPMS. My car is a 1994 way before TPMS were equipped. I also brought my tires in off the vehicle so there was no program to the vehicle possible. ***So make sure if your car is 2008 or older you check your receipt for fees related to TPMS because there’s a good chance most vehicles older than 2008 are not standard equipped with TPMS.*** Overall, good service and quick enough for what I needed. Took about 1.5 - 2hours to mount and balance 2 tires that I brought it off the vehicle already.
