After leaving Bell Tires, she ran a couple of errands came home and her check engine light was on. Which was not on prior to having them service her car. She was not able to return on Monday because of medical appointments in Carmel. Tuesday, she goes to Bell Tire, and advised them her check engine came on after her service. There response, we didn't do it and we will have to charge you $150 diagnostic fee for us to look at it. This is ridiculous, and I feel like they were just trying to take advantage of her. One because she is a woman and two because she is elderly. This is unacceptable, Bell Tire will not receive any business from me or any family.
