I went to them with a window replacement on my vehicle and from the moment I got in contact with them they were wonderful to work with. Dianne welcomed me in and did a very thorough inspection on my car. She made sure every detail was going to get taken care of. Nathan was kind enough to drive me to get my rental car in Portage while my car was in the shop, and even walked me in to make sure everything was taken care of when I arrived. My car was at the shop for about a week and I received regular updates from Dianne & Nathan to let me know the status of my vehicle. When I got my car back it was perfectly clean on the inside & outside (which I know it was long overdue for a car wash). The window, trim, and inside door panel look good as new! I am so thankful to Dianne, Nathan, and everyone at Tom & Ed’s who contributed to the great service that I received! If I need any car repairs in the future I will definitely go back as well as recommend this shop to others!
