    I literally never write reviews but this was truly worth the exception. By far the worst experience I’ve ever with getting an oil change. Not only did the tech have an attitude the entire time, and complaining that I drive a Honda, one of the MOST driven makes of car, but also proceeded to blame me for ignorant mistakes made by the SAME TECH on my last visit. Saying, and I quote, “Not telling me everything” after having created a separate profile and separating my previous visit info from the current visit and telling me I’ve never been here. Not to mention the fact that my previous visit they had tightened the oil plug too tight and now my “express” oil change has kept me for an hour+. And the icing on the cake - right after telling me that “I” had overtightened it, they proceeded to say it was leaking. So lovely to know that my last oil change turned into an oil leak and a time consuming issue on this visit. Oh and the fact that the tech this time was doing so bad, that the manager made him switch to the other bay and work on a separate vehicle, followed by a little baby fit from said tech. Awful service, awful immature techs, and a horrible place for maintenance.

    Female Customer service agent was extremely rude and unconcerned about my appointment that I clearly showed her I had I even showed her on my phone that my appointment was scheduled she still implied do wait in the lube line she made me extremely mad when I have proof

    Fast and easy oil change. After delivering eggs to our customers I stopped into get my oil change, as the change oil light came on during my drive. Pulled in and less time to scroll through social media my engine oil was changed and I was on my way. The technician suggested full synthetic as egg delivery vehicle is a 25 year old DTS caddy with only 80,000 miles on it. So Daisy (the car) and I were on our way lickity split.

    Im giving a 1 star because I waited an hour for service and another hour for oil change and tires rotated. I feel bad for the 2 guys working. No help. Been in the waiting area and have not seen 1 employee.
