  Just wanted to thank Jeffrey for his professionalism and expertise. I’m not a very trusting person when it comes to my vehicles, but he and his crew did an excellent job with both of the vehicles I have taken to him! Thank you again sir! I will definitely be back!

  Gonna start off like this.. I use to work on cars/trucks in my younger years. Never messed with balancing or changing tires my thing was R&R basically. I went here for just a simple shake in my steering wheeel that was literally driving me nuts. With top notch equipment I knew they must have considering they’re around every city I chose them. Well my experience came to haunt me when i got the report of course I knew for a van that’s 2013 it would have issues. But trying to push things on me that needed replaced when I knew from the start that it just needed tires rotated and balanced! Ohh it needs ball joints now t needs tie rods! Just told them please just balance and rotate! Cool I got a bill $60 bucks in happy but low and behold I get in my van and interstate I go (By the way that’s where I feel the vibration in steering wheel the most) it’s back to 64 mph and the shakes began like they didn’t even touch it or balance anything. Days already gone for me so I wait til the next day and head to another belle tire in greenwood bc if I find out they didn’t do anything this other one will tell me the difference! Sure enough I get the report back and they say no weights looked new and all of them were out of balance so I inform them that here I just took it. They say no coat since you already paid so I’m cool with it so since I’m starting to trust them now let’s go the alignment. They call me in and now here goes (Everything I need new now bc that’s how they scam people) I’m like nope I don’t need anything just alignment and I guess the tech said he wouldn’t touch it bc ball joints are so bad they’re about to fall off lol sure they are and I explain I use to be a tech and blah blah here we are arguing that they can’t do alignment bc I need all this work!! So I end up k leaving with just a new balance that Brownsburg should’ve done! I got the highway to do test it out and what do you know!! It’s not shaking anymore!!! Good job on that part Greenwood Belle Tire! I’m eager to get an alignment now and get another opinion on my tie rods and ball joints so I chose Firestone in Brownsburg! From the start I felt like I was talking to professionals at this point and finally got my van where it belongs and let me tell you this was by far the best experience I’ve had and after paying $142 for 4 wheel alignment my van is steering straight as an arrow. Reports came back NO BALL JOINTS NEEDED NOR TIE RODS! FIRESTONE in brownsburg is awesome all the way around and wish I would’ve took it there to begin with because BELLE TIRE DOES NOTHING BUT PUSH OTHER PARTS ON YOU THAT AREN’T NEEDED! BEWAARE AND MY NAME IS DERRICK GREB IF YOU WANT TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER!

  I recently purchased a used car, and my tire light went on when the weather turned colder. I realized quickly that aftermarket tire stem caps had been put on the car and wouldn’t come off no matter what tools I tried. I took the car to Brownsburg’s Belle Tire and they ended up having to replace all four tire stems. When I went to check out they just told me to have a good day and didn’t charge me a dime. Made my day and I will definitely be returning!

  Belle Tire in Brownsburg has recently installed new tires on one car and rotated tires on another. They did a good job. Jeffery was friendly and helpful.
