I’ve had less-than-stellar experiences at this Pilot on two separate occasions. However, today's endeavor takes the cake. Diesel Fuel island pumping on low flow, trucks backed out to the street blocking traffic, and card reader at the pump is not working. I go inside to pay, and I see 4 or 5 guys wandering around with shower bags. Screen reads 8 people waiting in line to shower. You gotta be kidding me? This Pilot is an absolute nightmare for the driver. Avoid this Location if possible.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re traveling through Brazil, Indiana do yourself a favor and make a stop at the Pilot Travel Center—this place truly sets the standard for what a truck stop should be. From the moment you pull in, everything feels well-organized, safe, and easy to navigate, which is a big deal whether you’re driving a rig or just passing through on a road trip. One of the biggest highlights—and honestly what impressed me the most—was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. They were absolutely spotless. Not just “clean for a truck stop,” but genuinely clean by any standard. The floors were shining, the sinks and mirrors were wiped down, and everything was fully stocked. You can tell the staff takes real pride in maintaining them throughout the day, and that level of attention does not go unnoticed. After long hours on the road, walking into a bathroom that clean is a huge relief. Beyond that, the entire facility was well-kept. The store was neat and organized, making it easy to find what you need without feeling crowded or cluttered. There was a great selection of snacks, drinks, and hot food options, perfect for grabbing something quick or sitting down to recharge for a bit. The fuel area was efficient and easy to access, which helps keep things moving, especially during busy times. The staff here really deserves recognition as well. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like more than just another stop along the highway. That kind of customer service goes a long way, especially for drivers who spend so much time on the road. Overall, this location delivers on every level—cleanliness, convenience, comfort, and service. The bathrooms alone are worth mentioning twice, but combined with everything else, it’s clear this Pilot goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be stopping here again anytime I’m passing through the area. Highly recommend to anyone traveling through!

Beware potential skimming!!! The first pump wouldn’t process my card, so I tried another. The second pump I went to had the void sticker messed with. The third wouldn’t work either. I told the attendant and they acknowledged nothing.

I'm guessing it's everywhere you go, not entirely Pilots fault that truck drivers Park up front of the fuel Island and take the time and mess up the flow. No one's pumping fuel and no one is moving out the way. I bet you there's a tow truck parked in the corner people will stop moving
